HERBAL WRAP and ONE DAY COMBINATION

Your herbal wrap begins with a visit to the spa baths – dry sauna, eucalyptus steamroom, and hot tub. Check-in is permitted one hour before the scheduled time of your treatment. After your treatment you are welcome to use the showers and then rest or read in the relaxation room but may not return to the spa baths.

An herbal wrap begins with 10 minutes of pre-heating in the eucalyptus steamroom or hot tub. While still hot from the spa baths, you are wrapped in sheets that have been steaming in a fragrant herbal bath. Attended by your therapist, you remain wrapped for 30 minutes, sweating out impurities and enjoying the aroma of the herbs and essential oils.

Herbal wraps are not appropriate for women with high blood pressure, diabetes, severe allergies or women who are pregnant or nursing.
